American policy in Germany will be considered at a two-day meeting of the executive committee of the American Jewish Committee, which opens here tomorrow night. Approximately 100 members of the executive from A.J.C. chapters throughout the country are expected to attend the meeting, the body’s first since the election of A.J.C. officers in January.

First hand reports on their recent visit to Israel will be delivered by Jacob Blaustein, president Irving M. Engel, chairman of the executive committee, and Dr. John Slawson, executive vice-president. The reports will deal with the achievements of the Jewish state and with the problems it faces economically, politically, socially and culturally, as well as in relation to the tremendous influx of immigrants. The executive will discuss the implications of Israel achievements and problems for American Jewry, as well as the status of Jews in Eastern Europe, civil rights and other related issues.
