President Morris Abram of the American Jewish Committee, and Judge Theodore Tannenwald, chairman of the group’s Committee on Israel, were guests today at a luncheon given them by Foreign Minister Abba Eban. They reviewed with the Foreign Minister some of Israel’s foreign relations.
They also met with Dr. Zorach Warhaftig, Religious Affairs Minister and Finance Minister Pinhas Sapir. During their stay, which will end Friday, they will also meet with Chief of Staff Yitzhak Rabin and other Ministers and local leaders.
United Nations Political Undersecretary Ralph Bunche is expected to arrive in Israel this week and is scheduled to confer with Prime Minister Levi Eshkol and Foreign Minister Abba Eban.
