Wise Award for service to Israel was presented today to President Itzhak Ben Zvi of Israel at a ceremony attended by members of Parliament and the Cabinet, by delegates to the World Zionist Congress, members of the diplomatic corps and both Chief Rabbis of Israel. Dr. Israel Goldstein, president of the AJC, made the presentation.
