The launching of a new quarterly journal of Jewish life and thought to examine the application of Jewish religious, ethical and moral principles to contemporary problems was announced here today. Announcement of the publication, which will be known as “Judaism,” was made by Dr. Robert Gordis, chairman of the board of editors, and Rabbi Irving Miller, president of the American Jewish Congress, which is sponsoring the journal. The first issue of the new publication is scheduled to appear in the Fall.
