Thirty-two editors of English-Jewish newspapers published in the United States arrived here yesterday for a two week visit as guests of the Jewish Agency’s information and organization department.
The group is scheduled to tour the country. They will be received by Premier Golda Meir, Deputy Premier Yigal Allon and Arye L. Pincus, Jewish Agency chairman. They will also meet with Israeli journalists and will visit Israel’s English-language daily, the Jerusalem Post, at press time. The editors claim that their newspapers reach nearly a million readers in English-speaking countries.
