Greetings on behalf of the Israel Gov### offered here tonight at a meeting of American friends of the Bar-Ilan Un### at Hotel Astor in celebration of the cornerstone-laying in Israel for the ###university which is being sponsored by the Mizrachi Organization of Ame### greetings were delivered by David Gotein, Israeli Minister Plenipotentia### United States, and Avraham Harman, Israel’s Consul General in New York###.
