Five members of George Lincoln Rockwell’s American Nazi party filed suit yesterday in district court here charging that the group’s constitutional rights had been violated.

Named as defendants were the District of Columbia Commissioners, officials of the U.S. Interior Department, the office of the Corporation Counsel, the District of Columbia General Hospital and the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith.

The suit asked $550,000 damages, contending that the District of Columbia’s disorderly conduct statute was being enforced in a manner which deprived the American Nazi party of its constitutional rights to hold public meetings.
