The Vaad Haatzala, relief organization, at a conference here last night decided to reorganize its activities and to launch a $1,000,000 campaign throughout the United States for the purpose of helping newly arrived religious leaders and scholars in Israel.
The conference also decided to give financial aid to Orthodox schools in France and to help the emigration of religious Jews and their families from various countries to Israel and the United States.
