The Department of Education and Culture of the American Zionist Council announced today the establishment of a workshop to train teachers in modern methods of teaching Hebrew to adults.
The course, which will be without fees, is open to persons who have an adequate command of Hebrew and who are interested in teaching Hebrew to adults. The course, which is based on methods of teaching Hebrew to adults developed in Israel and adapted to American conditions, will consist of 20 hours of lectures and discussions and will be conducted in Hebrew. It will begin on October 14.
