L. A. Cohen, Chief of Police of Amsterdam, win lead a “Passover Pilgrimage” to Israel which is being organized this year by The Hague Travel Association, Holland’s largest tourist organization. Mr. Cohen was in Israel last, two years ago when he went there to study Tel Aviv’s traffic problems.
