A spray-painted swastika and the phrase ‘Jews out’ were found Sunday on the Federal University of Rio de Grande do Sul campus Sunday.
The slur was spray-painted on a student elections poster for the only slate among four fielding Jewish candidates and against racial quotas. Elections in the university are scheduled for Nov. 20-22.
