An effort is under way by Young Judaea to organize a national committee of from 400 to 500 members, each to underwrite between $25 and $50 for the organization:
This move was decided upon at the regular monthly meeting of the national governing board, held at the office of the national president, David Levine, 25 West Forty-third street.
A similar group of about fifty members already exists, Mr. Levine stated.
The governing board is also considering business relating to the Keren Hanoar, Young Judaea’s Palestine project. This youth fund, dealing largely with the Boy Scout movement, has attracted the interest of the three factions of the Zionist Organization in Palestine–labor, Mizrachi and general Zionists–according to Mr. Levine.
