An explosive charge detonated in an Arab bus near the Jaffa Gate shortly before noon today. Initial reports said one person was wounded. Police have already arrested one suspect. The blast is the second in East Jerusalem in two days. Yesterday a small homemade bomb went off near the Western Wall but no one was hurt.
