An international body to combat compliance with the Arab boycott by non-Arab companies was formed here Wednesday by pro-Israeli business groups and Israeli Chambers of Commerce from 17 countries. Its first chairman is lawyer Kenneth Bialkin, chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations.
