An international youth festival to be held in Havana in the summer will be a major platform for anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian propaganda. The official program states that one of the commissions will be devoted to: “the solidarity and joint actions of the progressive forces of youth, students and their organizations to support the just struggle of the Arab people and youth, particularly to the people of Palestine, under the leadership of the PLO, against imperialism, Zionism, and reaction for a just and lasting peace in the Middle East.” Another passage stresses the struggle against “racism and Zionism.”
