An Iraqi newspaper trumpeted the idea that the death toll from Tuesday’s terror attacks against the United States could be twice that of Iraq’s losses in the 1991 Gulf War. The comment in the Babel newspaper, which is owned by President Saddam Hussein’s son, Uday, came after the Iraqi press said earlier in the week that the “American cowboy” deserved the attacks for its “crimes against humanity.”
