An Islamic Jihad scout was killed on the Gaza Strip’s boundary with Israel, which recently has seen increasing terrorist activity. Israeli military sources said the man shot dead and a comrade who was wounded and captured Wednesday were mapping the area just across the boundary from Kibbutz Nahal Oz.
