An Israeli and a Palestinian university criticized a British academic boycott of Israel and agreed to continue cooperative projects. The document was signed Thursday in London by Menachem Magidor, president of Hebrew University, and Sari Nusseibeh, president of Al-Quds University, both in Jerusalem.
