An Israeli Arab cleric called off a trip to a pro-Palestinian conference after receiving police warnings. Sheik Kamal Khatib, a leader of the Islamic Movement in Israel, said Thursday that a police investigator told him he could be arrested if he went ahead with plans to attend a London conference on Palestinian refugees this weekend.
