An Israeli army commander was found guilty in the killing of a Palestinian youth. The Israel Defense Forces said Sunday that the officer had been found guilty of negligent homicide for firing into the wall of a Palestinian building to disperse rioters near the West Bank city of Nablus — a shot that killed a 16-year-old boy in the building.
