An Israeli commission investigating the deaths of 13 Israeli Arabs during riots in October 2000 resumed hearings Monday. The hearings are slated to address several issues, including the use of police snipers and rubber-coated bullets when dispersing the rioters, the Israeli daily Ha’aretz reported.
