An Israeli couple joined by the Asian tsunami decided to marry. Ron Bombiger, an Israeli living in Los Angeles, proposed Tuesday to Dorit Nitzan, a doctor from Tel Aviv whom he met when she joined relief efforts on the Thai island of Phuket following last year’s tragedy.
