An Israeli doctor developed a device aimed at preventing the development of blood clots in the legs attributed to “economy-class syndrome” among travelers on long flights. Reports said the “Sky-walker” device, manufactured at Kibbutz Afek, consists of two pedals that simulate the motion of walking and stimulate blood flow in the legs.
