An Israeli firm has successfully tested a lie detector designed to spot terrorists or drug smugglers at airports. Netanya-based Nemesysco said Thursday that its walk-through voice analyzer, GK-1, had aced a trial in Moscow’s Domodyedevo Airport, and was likely to be marketed soon at $10,000-$30,000 a unit. The system requires that passengers answer several yes/no questions designed to determine if they are potential threats. Roughly 12 percent fail this first stage, and are taken aside for further questioning.
