An Israeli general was reprimanded for comments that caused a diplomatic squabble with Jordan. Israel’s military chief of staff, Lt. Gen. Dan Halutz, rebuked Maj. Gen. Yair Naveh on Thursday for saying that Jordan’s King Abdullah “could be the last Hashemite king.”
