An Israeli man recently filed a lawsuit in a U.S. court accusing his brother of wrongfully obtaining Holocaust reparations in his name. But papers filed in the case before the U.S. District Court in Ohio by Sam Feig, who lives in the United States, argue that his brother, David, knew as long ago as 1955 that he was collecting the money in his brother’s name from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
