An Israeli software company plans to launch in the coming weeks what would be the largest initial public offering for an Israeli firm on Wall Street, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz. Amdocs, which develops telecommunications software, including programs used in telephone billing systems, plans to sell 10 percent of its shares for an estimated $300 million to $400 million.
