An urgent appeal for relief to be despatched to the Agricultural Technicum in Bira Bidjan, was received here from the Ozet representative in Bira Bidjan, Rashkes, aiding Jewish settlement work there.
Mr. Rashkes stated that the Technicum is now housed in a peasant’s home and that building operations have been discontinued owing to a dearth of laborers and building materials.
