A Jewish coin dating back to the era of the Second Temple was among 289 gold coins dag up by a Lithuanian peasant who was ploughing his land in the neighborhood of Kratinga.
The treasure, which included many ancient Lithuanian, Greek and Roman coins, was taken over by the police.
