The American-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced today the election of Carl E. Anderson as chairman of its National Board of Directors. Mr. Anderson is chairman and president of the E.W. Bliss Company of Canton, Ohio, a major producer of metal rolling mills, metalworking presses and other specialized equipment.
