The “Anep”, ergan of the “Awakening Magyars” publishes a story to the effect that Otto Kahn, of the Kuhn, Loeb and Co, told the Hungarian authorities that his banking firm would not join in any loan to Hungary unless the Government took steps toward the suppression of the discrimination against the Jews.
The paper concludes its article by warning that if as the result of any failure to obtain a loan, Hungary is crushed, not one Jew will remain alive.
