An Anne Frank Memorial Foundation has been established by a group of Hollywood personalities to memorialize the youthful Jewish girl who died in a Nazi concentration camp, it was announced here today.

The Foundation plans to build, equip and maintain a Fine Arts Library at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and name it for Anne Frank. Among the officers and board members are actors Jeff Chandler, Ernest Borgnine, Kirk Douglas, Joseph Schildkraut, and others.
