Leasing J. Rosenweld, president of the American council for Judaism, announced today that the sixth annual conference of the Council ##ll open in Cincinnati on April 21. The three-day meeting will be attended by 200 ##legates from 40 cities throughout the country.Mr. Rosenweld was the recipient today of tributes by Senators Herbert H. Leh## Irving M. Ives and Harley M.
