“Minor agitation” is taking place against Jews living in Morocco and although the incidents are described as “not serious” Moroccan authorities are taking preventative measures, it was revealed here today in a report to the Foreign Office by Gen. S. Juin, Resident-General in Morocco.
Meanwhile, Beirut Radio, monitored here, reported that four demonstrators, all of whom were members of the Shiit sect, were shot and killed by Lebanese police yesterday for urging the population of Teybe, in the southern part of the country, to riot against Lebanese Jews.
