Anti-Semitic incidents are increasing in the Russian city of Vladimir, according to Russian media reports. In one case, a university official in the city, located east of Moscow, recently tried to prove the existence of a worldwide Jewish conspiracy in the city’s main newspaper. In another, a local high school history teacher recommended that his students not read textbooks that were written by Jews.
