Anti-Semitic leaflets targeting the mayor of Moscow are being distributed in and around Moscow. The leaflets, which include a photograph of Yuri Luzhkov wearing a skullcap at a Jewish event held last year, falsely claim that he is Jewish. Luzhkov is a leading contender in the Russian presidential elections scheduled for next year.
