Anti-Semitic “warnings” appeared last night on car and shop windows in Durban, South Africa, it was reported here today. They were marked “a confidential notice to all Jews.” The “notice” was signed by “Ray K. Rudman, leader of the ‘Boerenasie’ (Farmers Nation).”
