Israeli-Norwegian friendship groups in three Norwegian cities have called on Prime Minister Trygve Bratteli to pardon four Jews jailed here in connection with last summer’s counter-terror slaying at Lillehammer in eastern Norway. The four, serving jail terms ranging from 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 years, should be released because they sought to defend themselves against Arab terrorists, a letter to the Prime Minister said. Spokesmen for the Prime Minister’s office have declined to comment on the appeal.
