Allegations of ruthless and lawless behavior by Palestine troops and police emanate from an Arab propaganda center in London, Colonial Secretary William Ormsby-Gore declared in the House of Commons today.

Rejecting the suggestion that the Government take action to counteract the propaganda by publishing the results of its investigation, the Colonial Secretary asserted that the propaganda discredited itself by its obvious falsehood and extravagance.

Replying to a question, Mr. Ormsby-Gore stated that the number of German Jews who had gone to pales tine in the five years from January, 1933, was 32,500.
