The Arab delegation to London will leave February 20. In the meantime the Arab Executive is strenuously trying to dampen the opposition by asking the Arabic newspapers to refrain from criticism in order that the delegation may be able to speak on behalf of all Arabs. Nevertheless, such important towns as Nablus and Tulkarem are ignoring their quota of expenses for the delegation.
