Explaining that the present Palestine administration cannot be considered the Palestine government as envisaged in article 22 of the League of Nations Covenant, the delegation appealed to the British public “to see that justice and equity may be applied in the case of the Arabs as the only way for peace to prevail in the Holy Land”.
