The ambassadors of Lebanon, Iraq and Morocco stalked out of an official Government dinner for a Lebanese journalist last night when the host at the event, the Information Officer of the Indian Foreign Ministry, refused to accede to the demand by the diplomats to evict from the gathering Dr. Romilla Thapar, a lady member of the faculty of Delhi University, on the grounds that she was a member of the India-Israel Friendship League.
