A new uprising far worse than any of these previous faces the Palestine Jews unless Jewish immigration is halted immediately, according to Dr. Izzat Tannous, a member of the Arab Supreme Committee, who is here to arouse sentiment for the Palestine Arabs.
Dr. Tannous, who arrived here from London last week, left in London Jamal el Husseini, the other member of the National Arab-Palestine Commission sent by Palestine Arab leaders to arouse sympathy for their cause.
The Arabs wished friendship with the Jews, Dr. Tannous said, but opposed the Zionists for seeking to make Palestine a Jewish homeland.
