Members of the Arab League Council, who last night concluded their deliberations on Palestine, were in closed session today drafting a communique on their ten days of discussions. The communique was expected to be issued late tonight.

Earlier today, King Farouk received Emir Feisal, Saudia Arabia Foreign Minister, and the premiers of Iraq, Syria and Lebanon, with whom he discussed the Palestine situation. All of the Arab leaders are believed to be agreed on the advisability of not sending their troops to the aid of Palestine Arabs, but concentrating their efforts on raising funds and recruiting guerrillas for the Palestine Arab Higher committee.

One report said that Fauzi Bey Kaukji, Syrian terrorist leader who led Arab ##ds in the 1936-39 disturbances in Palestine, would be named one of the leaders of volunteer” forces organized to fight in Palestine.
