The Arab League’s Political Committee will meet in Cairo Wednesday to consider action to be taken against the German-Israel reparations pact, it was reported here today from the Egyptian capital.
The report added that Egyptian Premier Mohammed Naguib is taking a “serious” view of the agreement and that it is possible that the Arab League will call for a ban on German goods in the Arab countries if the pact is ratified. Arab League spokesmen have attacked the pact as strengthening Israel economically and militarily.
