The proclaimed Arab boycott against West Germany during the past year has been far from unanimous, according to the latest official statistics released here today. Only Libya and Iraq pursued the oil boycott, the report said, while other Arab states continued to supply oil to West Germany. Kuwait and Algeria, for example, delivered more oil to Germany in the past year than ever before. The Algerian delivery was up threefold since the proclaimed boycott.
