The Foreign Ministers of four Arab states which have been meeting in Lebanon on the Palestine case today decided to give the “utmost help” to Palestine Arabs to defend “their homeland” if the United Nations General Assembly adopts the recommendations of its Special Committee on Palestine, it was reported here in dispatches arriving from Boirut.
