Arab states will not accept Israeli dominance over a new Middle East after peace is reached between Israel and its neighbors, according to Egypt’s foreign minister. The London-based Arabic daily Al-Hayat also quoted Amre Moussa as saying Israel should not expect regional normalization while it owns nuclear weapons.
