Israel sources reported today a decision of the Arab boycott office in Alexandria to cancel the Arab blacklisting of British Imperial Chemical Industries which resisted Arab pressures to stop doing business with Israel.

The Alexandria move followed a second refusal by the British chemical firm to stop operations in Israel. The company’s stand was contrasted here with that of Shell which yielded to Arab demands and announced last year it would end all sales operations in Israel.
