Arab raiders killed a Jewish woman settler, Mrs. Henia Shalmi, the mother of three children, in a midnight attack upon the Jewish colony of Kfar Joshua. Two Jewish farm hands were wounded, one seriously, when another Arab band fired on the Government stud farm at Acre. A British soldier was killed today and two others wounded in an explosion caused by a mine placed under the Safed-Acre road.
